Managed Server
When you choose our Managed Service Service, we will take care of the virtualization layer and the Operating System layer of the VM. This means that making sure the VMs are up and running, Windows is up-to-date, and your software is installed, are among our responsibilities. Giving you more time to focus on your business, instead of managing servers. Our virtual servers are all optimized to fulfill a certain role. For example: for relational databases, we have VMs with a high memory-to-CPU ratio, and our GPU-optimized VMs are designed specifically for graphically-intensive tasks such as video rendering and editing.
Storage Service
If you’re just looking for a place to store your data safely, purchasing a server may be a bit too much. Using our Cloud Storage Services to store your data is a great idea! Why? Our Cloud Storage has superior security systems in place, and can also offer amazing read and durability guarantees. This means your data is pretty much always available and safe. Our Storage Service is optimized for a wide variety of data types and access frequency, ensuring your data is stored both optimally and cost-effectively.
Virtual Private Server
With our VPS Service you get the same selection of servers as with our Managed Server Service, only you now have full control over the virtual machine and the underlying operating system. You can install additional software as desired and you get your own external IP address or IP address range. Assemble your Virtual Private Servers as you see fit: you can opt for a small hard disk to keep storage costs low, but also for lightning-fast SSDs to achieve optimal performance. There are thousands of images available, custom-built by well-known software vendors such as Microsoft, Red Hat and Oracle, to give you a head start. But you can also build and use your own. The possibilities are endless.

Microsoft Intune
With Microsoft Intune, you control how your organization’s devices are used, including mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. You can also configure specific policies to control applications. For example, you can prevent emails from being sent to people outside your organization. Intune also allows people in your organization to use their personal devices for school or work. On personal devices, Intune helps make sure your organization’s data stays protected and can isolate organization data from personal data.
Costs
We use a consumption model for many of our cloud services. This means that you only pay for what you use. Services with the consumption model are designed in such a way that you can purchase and terminate them at any time. Because the usage of these services is tracked per minute or even per second, you really only pay for what you use.
Some cloud services are offered in subscription form, such as Microsoft 365 licenses. You will be billed a fix a amount on a monthly basis. The notice period for these services is most likely annually, but can also be monthly.
If you choose one of our Managed Services options, you outsource the management of your Cloud resources to us. We charge a fixed rate for this. The rate depends on the type of Cloud Service you choose and the quantity. Support is included with Managed Services with the exception of extensive customization requests.
If you need support that’s out of the agreement’s scope, we can charge for this. Whether we do so, and if we do, how much, depends on the question, the cause of the service request, and how much time it takes to provide support. We ultimately determine whether we charge costs for support or not, but we will always let you know in advance and ask for your approval. So don’t be afraid to ask any question you might have: we are happy to help you.
